Welcome to Wyrdia. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wyrdia mobile application (“Wyrdia”, the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Wyrdia is an entertainment and self-reflection app based on the Matrix of Destiny and Human Design systems. It generates charts and reflective readings from the birth information you provide.
Wyrdia is for personal reflection and entertainment only. It does not provide, and is not a substitute for, professional medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice. Do not rely on Wyrdia to make important life, health, or financial decisions. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use Wyrdia.
You enter birth information to use the App. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. As described in our Privacy Policy, this information is stored on your device and used to compute your charts locally.
Wyrdia offers a free tier and optional Wyrdia Premium, available as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Wyrdia for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App except where permitted by law; resell or redistribute the App or its content; or use the App in violation of any applicable law.
The App, its design, text, and original interpretive content are owned by Wyrdia or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. “Human Design” is referenced descriptively; Wyrdia is not affiliated with or endorsed by the International Human Design School or Jovian Archive. The “Matrix of Destiny” is referenced as a method; Wyrdia’s implementation and copy are our own.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reading is accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose. Charts and readings are for entertainment and self-reflection only.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WYRDIA AND ITS CREATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE APP. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these Terms. We will revise the “Effective date” above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using Wyrdia at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
Your use is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
The name Wyrdia comes from the Old English “wyrd” — fate, the thread of destiny.
